Hello New and Returning Clients, Thank you for choosing to book your appointment with Cynsational Glamour Bar: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING * A non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED and will go towards the balance of your service. * Please allow your hair to grow 4-6 weeks before scheduling your appointment * PLEASE do NOT bring any additional guest to your appointment * There is a $15 late fee if you arrive 10 mins late after 15 mins your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited * Every client is REQUIRED to fill out a client intake form and consent liability form PRECAUTIONS 1. If you are currently taking any acne drugs or using topical products, such as Retin-A, can not be waxed. Must be off medication for a minimum of 3 months 2. Sunburned, irritated or open skin can not be waxed. 3. Any recent chemical exfoliation treatment must wait 2 weeks before waxing 4. Avoid exfoliation, creams with fragrance, hot baths, hot tubs, saunas for 24-48 hours after waxing Thank you again for choosing Cynsational Glamour Bar for all of your waxing needs. Cancellation Policy

* You are allowed ONE reschedule with the same deposit. If another reschedule is needed then you must pay another deposit. * Cancelations and reschedules must be done no later than 24 hours before your appointment or deposit will be forfeited *NO CALL NO SHOW and LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS (24 hours or less) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
